As the Qotd and Vox hunts have been so US- and Bestbuy-centric lately, I have decided to set my own challenge which is to try and get a self portrait of myself with a plate of nasi goreng (fried rice). Wish me luck! Anyone else care to set themselves a similar challenge?

Are you going to cook the nasi Goreng by yourself?
I rarely cook nasi goreng, if i do I'll post portrait of me and my Nasi Goreng in my blog;)

Well, there aren't any daffodils (of any variety) in Thailand. Maybe I can locate some silver chimes that actually chime.

Yeah, I've felt similarily left out of the QotD, etc. too. Thanksgiving was so last month! ;)

I don't think I would cook it myself - it wouldn't look (or taste) as good. Lots of cheap Indonesian and Malaysian eateries in Sydney fortunately.

That would be good. I didn't know that silver chimes were a type of daffodil. I wonder if we just call them something different in Australia.

So never for us. They did have a Canada Day vox hunt a few months ago, I remember. I wonder if they will have an Australian one on 26 Jan. I won't be holding my breath.
