Do you have a particular "catch phrase" for which you are known?

At the moment it is "Put it in dot points". I have been doing a lot of editing (aka re-writing) of other peoples reports and things at work and getting very frustrated trying to make sense of extremely turgid and long-winded prose. Have been trying to say tactfully that I would prefer it if certain people didn't even attempt to construct prose paragraphs but just gave me the basic information so that I could write it up for them. Would save me a lot of time and angst.

Nah, don't mind if it is interesting. The stuff I am talking about it is usually technical information written by grumpy old engineers who get very cranky about young whippersnappers re-writing their work.
