Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre

That place is great! I just hate how the chlorine smell hangs around forever

that's cool. Montreal has an Olympic park be I've never been there except for car or boat shows. At least I think it's still there, they might have turned it into the Montreal Biosphere?
That is so great that they turned it into something that all the community can use...and if there is one thing I know...its that kids LOVE water- chlorine or not...and its so good for them to get in there....glad you had fun.
I actually didn't notice the chlorine too much on Sunday. OUr local indoor pool much, much worse.
The Montreal Olympics infrastructure would be pretty dated now I guess. i remember watching those Olympics at primary school.
Actually the whole park seems to have good activities for kids. Unfortunately it is a bit far for us to visit too regularly but might be better after we move house early next year. The Olympic Village accommodation was converted into housing after the games.
the upside the city just payed off the bill from the '76 games. :-)
You always get the best candid photos of your kids. They never look "posed."

Def lots cuter than a baby hippo...LOL !!!
Wow! I'm sure our government keeping pretty quiet about the true cost of hosting the games.
Thanks LB. That hippo was pretty cute though. ;)
How fun! It looks like the kids are having a great time. I hope you are well!
Thanks Monsoon. yes, we are doing pretty well. :)

That's our regular swimming hangout. Last time we were there I saw they are putting in a new play area - I think in/near the pool with the fountains etc. The boys can't wait!
Cool! Trying to work out how handy it will be to our new neighbourhood.
