Connie asked if the Green Tree frog was kissable. Jonathan Thurston probably the closest thing to a North Queensland prince I can think of:

My husband had the pleasure of meeting him a few years back when he was doing some work on an employment day for Indigenous young people. Thurston gave up his own time to come along and meet some of the young people and sign footballs etc etc. Even though Thurston no longer plays for 'our' (the rest of my family's) Rugby League team, the Bulldogs, we still like him at our place (unlike some other ex-Bulldog players who have become Public Enemies around these parts).
