This is the one I got:

Apparently the model is known to have problems with its joy stick but it was the only one with a decent camera on my current (no longer available bargain basement) plan. Has 12 months warranty so will try and remember to take it in before the 12 months is up (contract is for 24 months). It is the same phone as my husband has which is why I opted for the mocha rather than the black.
